If you purchased a clothing item or body range product,and doesn’t match the description or size issues, you can simply return it. Please let our team know within 2 weeks of your purchase and post it back to us at Caclocreations P O Box 511, Beecroft, NSW 2119, and we will issue you a full refund* for your purchase using your original payment method.
Please note that the product/s should meet the following condition for return and full refund:
- The item should have original tags on
- The item/s should be in excellent conditions with no wear and tear
- Clothing products with any stains or odours will not be considered for refund
- Body range products should be fully labelled with unbroken seal
- Please consider returning your package via registered or express post as we can't take responsibility for package lost en route to us
N.B. *The shipping cost while returning will be borne by the customer while sending the product back to us and after receving the product (as described in our Return policy**) we will issue a full refund, also note if you have recived any discount via coupon code whilst purchasing, the amount refunded will be the amount you paid after discount for that particilar product.

We do not allow returns or exchanges on gift cards or e-Gift Cards purchased from us.
